Pricing
At Eminence Hair Design, we have a tiered-pricing structure for many of our services. This is to ensure the best quality of service for you as our valued guests and patrons. We believe that everyone should have a true Eminence Hair experience with only the best educated professionals in our area. In order to enjoy the experience to its fullest, guests will not be permitted to blow dry, cut, or style their own hair with our professionals' tools or styling products. Our Artists are well-versed and knowledgeable in their craft to perform services on guests. Prices are subject to change without notice and depend on hair length and texture. Gratuity
We encourage all guests to show their appreciation to our artists by providing a cash gratuity. The professional beauty industry's standard is 15-20% of the services performed. Only cash is accepted.
Scheduling, Cancellations and Late Appointments
It is recommended that an arrival of 15 minutes prior to the scheduled service be done so that we may be able to better serve you. Appointments that are more than 20 minutes late or cancel after 48 hours may be charged up to HALF the amount of the scheduled service(s). In the instance that a reservation must be canceled or rescheduled, it is advised that a 48-hour courtesy notice be taken into effect. "No Show" appointments will be charged FULL price of the scheduled services. For all packages, we require a 50% deposit. If you must cancel your package(s), we must be notified at least one week in advance.
Refunds
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to:
1) Services received cannot be refunded. If notified within 10 days, our Artists can adjust color services with no additional fees.
2) Product refunds will only be considered within 7 days of initial purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused, in original packaging, and with original receipt.
3) No refunds are given for gift certificate orders.
4) Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
Please notify our artists of any allergies you may have.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD). Returned checks will be issued a $45 fee. We encourage gratuity to be made in cash.
